These days very few of us move enough in our daily lives and this lack of movement adds its own stresses to our often already overstressed lives and bodies. Then when we do activity it is so often in short focused bursts, usually without the stretching, that we risk doing harm as well as good. All our classes are designed to bridge this gap. To allow you to move better and help you keep moving in the way that you would like while releasing some of the stresses, tension and restrictions that we have already built up in our bodies.
We all know it can be difficult to improve our fitness levels but by increasing your heart rate a little everyday has been shown to have great health benefits. This fun class is ideal for getting your heart to beat faster, helping your body to move oxygen and blood to your muscles more efficiently, allowing you to burn more calories and lower your cholesterol.
