Nia is a whole body non-impact class that will take place every Tuesday morning at 11am and on Friday evenings at 5pm. The class is led by Carol Hay, a certified Nia Blue Belt teacher.
Nia is a body-mind-emotion-spirit movement and lifestyle practice. The fitness programme draws from aspects of martial arts, healing arts and dance arts to improve the body’s co-ordination, mobility, and flexibility.

Equipment: Comfortable clothing and a water bottle. We do have a water dispenser in our reception area. Shoes are not necessary, as we dance barefoot. However, if you wish, you can wear shoes, preferably with thin soles.
