During the course each session will include a gentle group focused, guided meditation. Designed to work for the group dynamic each week will to ingrain a progressively deeper sense of calm.
We will also do a simple 10 minute breath meditation which you will be asked to practice on a daily basis. This will help bring you a deeper understanding and awareness of your mental, physical and emotional state and your background stress level. Building this awareness allows you to be more mindful so you don’t get caught up in the drama of life so easily, placing you as the driver rather than simply leaving you a passenger.
Discussion and questions are encouraged so you can fully take on board these concepts in a simple practical manner and in a way that you can understand them.
