Sound meditation classes, also known as Sound Baths, are an immersive sound experience where sound waves wash over you.

A Sound Bath is an excellent way to relax, reduce stress levels and anxiety whilst promoting a sense of spiritual well-being and wholeness.

Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and percussion instruments are played to create healing sound vibrations, inducing a deep meditative state of mind and rebalancing the body’s natural flow of energy.

​​​​​​​Lay back and allow the vibrations and sounds to calm the mind and restore harmony throughout the physical, mental and spiritual body.
