Payment

Payment is acceptable via cash, cheque, debit card or most major credit cards.

Private Health Insurance Cover

Most Private Health Insurers offer some level of cover for our services but will ask for you to pay for treatments as you go along and then to claim the money back. Please ask at reception for a receipt.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

When cancelling an appointment we ask for 24hrs notice to allow us to offer your appointment to somebody else. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session booked.
