After completing a BSc Hons Degree in Sport Studies and Human Biology, she joined a large company as a fitness consultant. After a while this work in the field of health and wellbeing led to her deciding to train as a Physical Education (PE) teacher.
After 23 years of happy teaching Olivia went through a process of re-assessing her work life balance and decided to retrain in Sports Massage. She still work as a PE Teacher part time as she enjoys working with young people too much to leave it completely. Olivia finds the balance between the 2 roles works well and is much more conducive to a happy family life.
Since qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2017 Olivia has been working in and around the Market Harborough area treating a wide range of clients with a broad variety of issues; including those competing in elite events, those needing injury rehabilitation, through to those just looking for relief from muscle tension or dysfunction.
Olivia joined the team at Archway Health & Wellbeing in 2021, specialising in both Sports and Remedial Massage as well as Dynamic Sport Taping and she is also currently undertaking a further Diploma in Hot Stone Massage.
