After working for many years as a Coach, Mentor and Project Manager within the corporate world Andy reached his 40’s he found himself at a crossroads in life, he decided to follow his passions of coaching and fitness to seek out a new career path that would allow not only himself to lead a healthier life but one where he could empower others to do the same.
Andy is a firm believer that health & fitness should be a lifestyle choice rather than a chore, and by incorporating exercise and nutrition into your everyday life to build your level of fitness and strength, then living a healthier & happier life will be achieved. He also knows from his own experience how that sounds simple but in reality, it isn’t! however, with the right support around you it can be.
Through supportive programmes Andy will mentor you to understand and support your goals, whether they be fitness or food related together you will create a unique plan which will allow you to make healthy diet, fitness and lifestyle choices helping you to improve your overall wellbeing.
Andy can also investigate intolerances, through a non-invasive testing process to over 900 food and non-food variants including dairy and gluten items, he can also check your digestive health along with mineral and nutrient analysis.
