Jennifer’s clinical experience in the field of mental health extends back over 15 years, starting in the NHS mental health services in 2006 and continuing to work in community mental health to this day.

Jennifer began her psychotherapy training in Group Analysis in 2007, has since completed a 3 year training with Tavistock Relationships in Couple Psychotherapy, and has a certificate in CBT Skills and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

Jennifer truly believes in the benefit of talking therapies to help people move on in their lives. Jennifer provides psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, working with couples, individuals or groups on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. In each case with the aim of enabling you to overcome problems, enhance your life and to be able to live it more fully.

​​​​​​​Jennifer is experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with; Stress, Relationships, Anxiety, Abuse, Depression and Addiction.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Group-analytic Psychotherapy from WPF (Westminster Pastoral Foundation)

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Couple Psychotherapy from the Tavistock (UEL).

  • A registered member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC).
