Helen Campbell is an integrative counsellor, trained and specialising in working with children and young people. This means that Helen uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including talking therapy, creative techniques, play, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), systemic and person centred therapies.
Helen retrained in children and young people’s counselling at the University of Northampton after a career in teaching that spanned two decades. Helen also worked as a school counsellor for Relate prior to coming to Archway Health and Wellbeing.
Helen believes that each child or young person is unique with their own particular concerns or issues. Integrative therapy enables her to use the therapeutic approach that best suits the young person and the concerns that they bring to counselling.
