Supported by Archway Health & Wellbeing’s other services, our Chiropractic Centre, with 3 chiropractors, is the largest in the Market Harborough area. Ensuring access to treatment when you most need it.
Archway Health & Wellbeing is one of the largest multi-disciplinary health centres in the country. Our team of practitioners come together to provide access to a wide range of inter-connected services.
This collaborative is particularly useful when you do not know who to see – or when you have a condition that benefits from a multi-pronged approach. For instance, in some cases chiropractic and massage for back care or acupuncture and nutritional therapy for fibromyalgia. When you come to Archway we will ensure you see the right person for you.
Whether it began suddenly, was a gradual decline, or is a recurrent condition, back pain is worth addressing now.
Chiropractic offers help in relieving the pain and guidance in how to best manage the condition. Learning how to better understand your body and how to manage and support the problem is essential. Our goal is to treat you less and help you more.
A pain in the neck affects everything you do; how comfortable it is to sit, stand, move, or sleep.
Neck pain can occur in a variety of ways. From repeated small stressors over many years, from poor posture, or from bigger events such as traumatic incidents. We will help investigate the triggers and demonstrate the impact of posture to help make it a thing of the past.
People often ignore joint pain for too long before seeking help. If you have pain and it isn’t improving, seek help.
It’s not surprising that chiropractors see many patients with shoulder, neck, elbow, back, hip, knee or ankle problems. Issues that have turned the active into couch potatoes and the employed into the long-suffering. If in doubt come in for a chat first.
These are debilitating and distressing conditions that take over your life when they occur.
They often respond very well to a range of therapies at Archway Health & Wellbeing such as Chiropractic treatment or Acupuncture.
If you ride you know you make a lot of demands on your body. This can frequently take its toll and lead to a range of aches and pains.
We can assess the best way to address these and treat you to help you get back in the saddle. Improve your posture and get the most out of your riding whether competing professionally or just riding for fun.
This is often experienced as pain that reaches to the back of your thigh. It may be felt as numbness, pins & needles or pain as far down as your foot/feet.
The problem is often aggravated by driving, sitting and desk work. It has become so commonplace that our Chiropractors help sufferers every week.

Our Chiropractors can write to your GP to request any x-rays or MRIs that you have already had. When necessary, they can also refer you privately if you don’t want to wait for x-rays or MRI imaging. This can often be done without the need to see your GP. You and your chiropractor can then talk through the results within a matter of days.
An essential part of a Chiropractor’s role is developing an understanding of how clients move, lie, sit, or stand. Where they move well, where they move poorly and the effect this has on the body. We have a height-adjustable desk in-house to allow us to test different scenarios. We can also visit you where you work to carry out a workplace assessment.
Chiropractors are trained to use a wide range of treatment options and techniques. These are used dependent on the condition, the symptoms, but most importantly on the patient themselves. Treatment for mum during pregnancy will be tailored to her and so quite different to hubby’s treatment for back pain. Their 8 year old rugby playing son’s treatment will be quite different to that for gran’s neck. At Archway Health & Wellbeing our Chiropractors tailor your treatments to who you are as much as what you have.
Patients at Archway Health & Wellbeing benefit greatly from their Chiropractor working alongside other skilled professionals. Where some Chiropractors may dabble in a little acupuncture or a little massage ours don’t. We believe patients are better served, if they need those services, in receiving them from the professionals. To ensure patients receive the very best treatment at all times, we work alongside each other to offer a more collaborative approach for better patient care. There are very few centres like ours in the country, but it is undoubtedly the best approach.
We all know that illness and pain have a huge impact on the quality of our lives. On our happiness, our work, our relationships, our sense of self and the life we live. When you see any practitioner at Archway Health & Wellbeing, they won’t just be thinking about how to treat your symptoms. They will also be focusing on how they can help you live a healthier, happier life. Most of us have far too few conversations with anybody about our health and how it makes us feel. At Archway Health & Wellbeing we are lucky enough to have conversations like that with our patients every day.

Since then, she has run a busy practice in both Northampton and Milton Keynes. Maxine is one of the most experienced Chiropractors you will find, with decades of experience helping a wide range of people with an even wider range of issues.
