Movement has always been a part of Helen’s life, but it was Pilates that truly transformed how she felt in both body and mind. What began as a personal practice to manage stress and create space in a busy lifestyle soon became something much more meaningful.
After a pivotal moment during the 2021 UK lockdown, Helen re-evaluated her career path and chose to follow her passion for health and wellbeing. Inspired by the profound impact Pilates had on her own physical strength, posture, and mental clarity, she made the decision to retrain as a Pilates teacher.

She trained at Pi Studios in London, qualifying in mat Pilates before completing her full comprehensive certification and a 600-hour apprenticeship in 2022.

Since then, Helen has developed a deep passion for helping others experience the same benefits she discovered herself. Her approach focuses on mindful movement, building strength from within, and creating a sense of calm and balance that extends beyond the studio. She takes pride in tailoring each session to the individual, supporting clients with injuries, conditions, or those simply looking to move and feel better in their everyday lives.

Helen truly believes that when you move better, you feel better—and that Pilates has the power to positively impact not just your body, but your overall wellbeing. Helping her clients grow in confidence, strength, and self-awareness is what she loves most about what she does.
