Clare Heaviside

With over 35 years of experience, Clare has dedicated her career to helping people understand and manage their hearing loss. Passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives, she continues to find great joy and purpose in her work every single day.

Clare began her career in the NHS, where she spent many years developing extensive clinical expertise. She went on to work as a Specialist Audiologist for a leading hearing aid manufacturer and later served as Rehabilitation Manager for an adult hearing loss charity. These diverse roles gave her a deep understanding of how hearing loss affects daily life—both practically and emotionally.

One area Clare particularly enjoys is wax removal, in 2007 she trained under ENT services at The Leicester Royal Infirmary and remains grateful to the NHS for that strong professional foundation. Today, she offers wax removal in the comfort and safety of the clinic—a rewarding part of her work that often brings immediate relief to patients.
