Cat began a lifelong passion for fitness when she lived and breathed gymnastics as a youngster.
Her early career in performance and dance was incredibly physical, training over many hours every day it was extremely demanding mentally and physically. In the end investigating treatment and support for serious back pain led to a career change and the pursuit of a career in fitness, ultimately to support healthy fitness.
Cat believes that exercise is a way of life for whatever reason you choose to do it. She delivers sessions tailored specifically to your needs whether it be rehabilitation, injury prevention, fitness or pure fun!
Cat is passionate about exercise, but she also knows how difficult it can be to get started and keep going. She is a strong believer that failure is a big part of success. This only makes you stronger! Her aim throughout sessions is to educate and encourage the belief that you can be the best that you can possibly be.
