A hypnobirthing course is now seen as a really great addition to your antenatal preparation. By learning to use relaxation, visualisation and special breathing techniques, our Hypnobirthing class will enable you to be fully present throughout one of the most special and challenging moments in life.

Hypnosis tools are extremely effective in reducing pain and increasing confidence and emotional wellbeing. Hypnobirthing can reduce the fear and risk of intervention, there is also evidence to show that these types of mindset tools can help you make better decisions about any medical care you receive.

As a Mindful Mama Teacher and from her own first-hand experience, Francis can support you and your partner on your child’s birth journey, even if labour takes an unexpected direction.
