Sheila Storer qualified as a Nutritional Therapist with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and then studied Nutritional Science at Bedford University obtaining a 1st degree with honours in 2012.

Sheila’s aim is to help you to take control of your own health and wellbeing. She will do this by looking at your past and current health status and may suggest laboratory tests to help to identify the source of any health issues.

Recommendations are then given to integrate new eating and lifestyle habits into your personal circumstances so that any changes made can be more easily accommodated and long term.

Careful individual consideration is given to every client and where necessary Sheila will work with other health specialists to achieve the best overall advice.

In order to keep up to date with the latest scientific developments Sheila attends lectures and seminars presented by leading health experts around the world on a frequent basis. Only a tiny proportion of the breakthroughs that are continually being discovered are reported to the general public.

Nutritional Therapy is a valuable tool and should be considered for all health problems for any age, it ties in well with other therapies such as yoga, mindfulness, fitness and herbal medicine.
