Great news. The motivation you are giving me is now being passed on to those around me. Instead of me feeling an absolute oddball in the office, (eating, drinking loads of water, exercising most days etc) other members of staff are now asking me to take them out running, shoot a few baskets, use the weight room and the director has even asked me to set up a badminton team! What a turn up for the books.

Alongside a programme of progressive exercise techniques (we do not go running with our clients), you will have the advantage of learning corrective exercise techniques, using motivational strategies and incorporating dietary/nutritional and lifestyle advice.

Our cutting edge KCA assessment enables us to determine your body's functional capacity through a whole range of muscle groups - a physical M.O.T.! After that we can focus entirely on YOU and your personal needs and wants. Each personal training programme is then designed to meet YOUR goals whilst keeping in mind your assessment results and your unique physical, mental and emotional make up.
Working with Nicky you will gain the tools and understanding to revitalise your health and become fitter, stronger and leaner. You will have his total support in achieving your optimal health and a body which looks great and feels even better.I am getting on really well with the new programme despite the hot weather. I am back on track with my eating too so am feeling trim and fit at the moment (lets hope I can keep it up through the barbecue and wine season)!
I feel I am have really benefiting from the sessions and feel motivated to keep it up myself. Anyway, thanks for your help and support. I have achieved far more than I expected and I am really pleased with the results
