Nia is a whole body non-impact fitness class that will take place every Tuesday morning at 11am and on Friday evenings at 6pm.  These can be booked online at class is led by Ildiko Miklos, a certified Nia Brown Belt teacher.

Nia is a body-mind-emotion-spirit movement and lifestyle practice. The fitness programme draws from aspects of martial arts, healing arts and dance arts to improve the body’s co-ordination, mobility, and flexibility.

Equipment: Comfortable clothing and a water bottle.  We do have a water dispenser in our reception area. Shoes are not necessary, as we dance barefoot. However, if you wish, you can wear shoes, preferably with thin soles.
