Nia is a whole body non-impact fitness programme that will take place every Tuesday morning at 11am   The class is led by Ildiko Miklos, a certified Nia Brown Belt teacher.

Nia is a body-mind-emotion-spirit movement and lifestyle practice. The fitness programme draws from aspects of martial arts, healing arts and dance arts to improve the body’s co-ordination, mobility, and flexibility.
