Saturday morning workshop

In this morning workshop with Una Bentley, we’ll explore a few yogic ‘tools’ that will help us to de-stress and relieve anxiety, lift our mood, improve our focus, and more importantly learn how to fully relax and get a better night’s sleep! So whether you’re feeling burnt out from spending too much time in the office, are studying hard for exams, or simply need to rest your restless mind, invest in this well-earned yoga time.

We will be practising Hatha Yoga which covers simple physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), and a special yogic relaxation called Yoga Nidra.  Suitable for young and old alike, whether you’re a beginner or already practising yoga. Under 18 years? The workshop has a reduced rate of £15!

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring:
a yoga/fitness mat*(approx 180x60cm) if you have one
a yoga block*
a blanket and pillow/cushion/bolster (for relaxation at the end)
pen and notebook (optional for making notes)
