Yoga Nidra is a form of relaxation which takes you to that blissful state just before you fall asleep. This allows your body to deeply relax.

There is no stretching or difficult poses. This is not an exercise class.  All you need to do is lie down and make no effort.

Yoga Nidra Teacher, Mary Smith, will guide you through some simple but very effective meditation techniques. All five senses will be soothed, leading you to a state of ease and well-being.
