Hello everyone,
Hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool in aiding anxiety and nerves. Most of us will suffer from anxiety and nerves at some point in our lives. Everyone is different and what makes one person feel anxious will not for another and vice versa. All manner of things can, and do, cause people to feel anxious; such as exams, driving tests, interviews, and speeches. In fact someone who is in the public eye and is used to performing in front of a large audience may suffer from nerves.
For instance the comedy star James Corden is reported to have had hypnotherapy to deal with the Brits Awards nerves. He was so nervous about hosting the Brit Awards, that he turned to hypnotherapy in order to calm his nerves and help him with insomnia.
The crowds filling the 02 Area might not be the audience that you are making a speech to, but it might just be as important for you to get across what you want to say. In fact I used my own techniques to help me stay calm, relaxed and focused to make my wedding speech in front of 70 plus guests. Nerves can affect anyone, any time, any place, any where.
Hypnotherapy is an increasingly popular technique used by those struggling to overcome feelings of anxiety. The method is usually combined with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Coaching, which leaves the client feeling calmer and more mentally relaxed.
