Our team of health and wellbeing experts are hosting an ‘Introduction to workplace health’ workshop on Tuesday 20th June.

The workshop, which is free to attend, is open to all but particularly relevant to business owners and HR people with an interest in the health of their workforce and the benefits that a healthy team can bring.

It introduces the new workplace wellbeing programme at Archway, which is set to include a course of sessions led by experts on four key areas: physical health and wellbeing, nourishment, rest and relaxation, and communications and relationships.

Tracy Dixon-Maynard, qualified chiropractor, owner of Positura and the Director of Workplace Health and Wellbeing at Archway, will be running a session on the right workstation set up and its effects on muscular-skeletal health. Qualified nutritionist Shelia Storer will be explaining how nutrition isn’t a case of ‘one-size-fits all’ and Pradip  Gajjar will be talking about work/life effectiveness and will run a meditation session.

The free workshop is from 11am to 1pm at Archway Health Hub on 20 June. For more information and to reserve your space, contact Tracy on 07794 311201 or email info@positura.uk or register on Eventbrite
