Is physiotherapy for you?

Physiotherapy is a treatment that is suitable for all ages and can restore loss of movement, fitness and function. The treatment encourages the correct development of the skeleton and the surrounding soft tissues, during growth and repair.

Patients benefit from a facilitated recovery to injury, illness and disease by being helped to manage pain, stiffness, tightness etc. Ultimately, physiotherapy helps people stay fit for work and leisure activities for longer, enabling independence for as long as possible.

More information about physiotherapy and what it entails can be found here. To book a free treatment consultation, call our reception on 01858 410 820.
