As the weather begins to change and the nights get darker, it can be tempting to skip your exercise routine in favour of the sofa and a bar of chocolate. To keep you motivated through the chillier season, we’ve got some great classes coming up that will help you feel better in both mind and body.

From Pilates to Hot Yoga and Barre Active, there is something for everyone at any age or level of fitness. We will also be running a new seven week Mindfulness course in response to demand.  The course commences on Tuesday 31st October.
