Payment Methods

Payment, by cash or cheque, is usually made at reception at the end of each session.
If you are entitled to claim back all, or a portion of, your treatment fees through private medical care providers; you will still be asked to pay at the end of each session. Any receipts or documentation you may require will then be provided for you to process your own claims.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation so that we may offer your appointment to somebody else.
Missed appointments and late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to half the cost of the treatment session.
